SURRENDERING YOUR PET

Before You Decide to Surrender

We understand that certain circumstances can arise which result in a need for rehoming a pet. It can be a difficult and painful decision to come to! It is always best if a pet can remain in its home and not face the stress and confusion of being surrendered.

If you are considering surrender due to behavioral issues, our dog trainer Dave is here to help! Private lessons are available starting at $40. For more information or to schedule a lesson, give us a call at

If you are considering surrender due to medical issues or an inability to afford veterinary care, we have a low-cost Wellness Clinic. Exams start at $25 and we offer routine care such as vaccines or basic sick appointments. To schedule an appointment, give us a call at

Surrendering

If you have decided that surrendering your pet would be in his/her best interest, please complete the form below. Completion of this form does not guarantee that we will be able to accept your pet. Our facility has limited space and resources, so we are not always able to accept new animals. Upon submitting the form, a staff member will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for intake or provide alternative resources.

*Please note that if at any time during the intake, it is determined that the pet does not meet our health and temperament requirements, we will decline to accept the animal.
